i.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Learnora, a trading name of LANTHEON PTY LTD (ABN 28 695 758 868, ACN 695 758 868) ("Learnora", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using learnora.live (the "site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ii.About Learnora

Learnora is an early-stage project exploring a different model of learning, living and becoming for families and communities. The site is informational only. It is not a school, an education provider or a registered training organisation, and nothing on the site is an offer to enrol in, or provide, any educational service.

iii.Use of the site

You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial information. When using the site you must not:

iv.Waitlist & submissions

If you join our waitlist or send us a message:

v.Intellectual property

All content on the site — including the name "Learnora", the wordmark, text, graphics, video, layout, and underlying code — is owned by Learnora or licensed to us, and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade-mark laws.

You may view the site and store a temporary copy in your browser for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, republication, framing or commercial use — requires our prior written permission.

Fair dealing. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the fair-dealing provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

vi.Information & no advice

The information on the site is general in nature. It is not, and should not be relied on as, educational, legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You should seek your own qualified advice before making decisions about your family, your children's education, or any related matter.

The site describes a project that is still being built. Forward-looking statements about what Learnora "will" become are aspirational and may change.

vii.Warranties & the Australian Consumer Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we make no warranties — express or implied — about its availability, accuracy, completeness, suitability for any purpose, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited — at our option — to:

viii.Limitation of liability

Subject to section vii above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnora is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.

ix.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Learnora against any reasonable loss, cost or claim suffered by us as a direct result of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or negligent use of the site, except to the extent caused by our own act or omission.

x.Third-party links & content

The site may include links to third-party websites or embed third-party content (for example, hosted video). We do not control those sites or content and are not responsible for them. Linking does not imply endorsement.

xi.Privacy

Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Statement. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Cookies Notice. By using the site you acknowledge those documents.

xii.Suspension & termination

We may suspend or stop providing the site, or restrict your access to it, at any time and without notice — particularly if you breach these Terms. The sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

xiii.Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the site after a change is taken to be acceptance of the updated Terms.

xiv.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and the Commonwealth laws applicable in Queensland. You and Learnora submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland (and the courts able to hear appeals from them) for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site.
